Brightdom FISH hybridization buffer

The H2 fast hybridization buffer is specifically designed to enhance the efficiency of FISH hybridization. By combining BRIGHTDOM FISH probes with the H2 fast hybridization buffer, laboratories can complete the wet-lab process of FISH testing – from slide dropping to preparation for analysis – in under three hours. This buffer is highly recommended for FISH testing utilizing cell pellets from direct harvest or cultured cells.

On the other hand, the H24 hybridization buffer is tailored for overnight (ON) hybridization. It is ideal for FISH testing using cell pellets obtained from direct harvest or cultured cells, as well as for those using FFPE slides.
