Brightdom FISH probes
BRIGHTDOM FISH probes bind to the specific sequences in the targeted chromosome region, reducing the background. The probes are mixtures of fluorescence-labelled single-stranded and double-stranded DNAs, increasing the hybridization efficiency and shortening the hybridization process. Both strands of the double-stranded DNAs are fluorescence-labelled, ensuring to obtain brighter signals.
Brightdom FISH hybridization buffer
BRIGHDOM H2 fast hybridization buffer is specially formularized to facilitate the binding of probes to the targeted region. In addition, BRIGHTDOM FISH probes are also compatible with Itelli Buffer from ABBOTT.
Brightdom 8-well slides
BRIGHTDOM cross-hyb proof glass slides have two groups of wells, each group consists of four wells (total 8 wells). Each well has two rings and the space between the rings functions to hold the extra liquid and prevent spreading out of the well. Each well is also separated from each other and the space between each well can also prevent the crossing of liquids.
